About Me
About Me
Having been married for more than 30 years and having two adult children, I have learned a lot about life’s transitions and being in a relationship and overcoming differences.
Apart from being a native English speaker, I am also fluent in German. I have been living in Switzerland for more than 20 years. I have an in-depth understanding of the culture and the resources available.
I have had a counseling practice since 2008. I previously served as the Chairperson for Centrepoint, a community and resource center for Expats.
Currently, I am involved in SOS Mothers to Be, which provides clothing and emotional support for families in need. I also enjoy nature, friends, and art.

• Psychoanalytical Approach
This approach encourages us to look into the root of the situation. What expectations and assumptions may not be applicable today but are affecting your current relationship? Take time to step back from relationship patterns to see that it is possible to change.
Together, we can activate your inherent resources to solve the problems and find a new appreciation for your partner. Studies show that there is a longer lasting impact from this method.
